We also receive funding from private pay services, production income, ORI’s own business EZ-Products CD skip fixer, rental income, donations, fund raising and grants.  ORI provides direct services in Missoula to about 400 people with disabilities each day.  ORI provides case management services to about 700 people with disabilities, 16 years and older, in Western and North Central Montana.  ORI employs 250 staff.  Of those employees, 90% provide direct training, supervisory services, and case management to people with disabilities.
