Supporting Persons with Disabilities in Enhancing Their Quality of Life
I would like to thank you for your continued support, patience, and concern during
these extraordinary times. During these times of uncertainty I want to say thank you
for the support, dedication, and understanding we are seeing here at ORI from our
staff, consumers, board, and the community at large. This support is so needed and
meaningful at this time that Thank You is not enough!
As of March 27, 2020:
On Thursday, March 26, 2020, Governor Steve Bullock issued a State-wide Directive requiring Montanans to stay at home and temporarily closures of all nonessential businesses and operations to curtail the spread of COVID-19.
The Directive will be in effect through Friday, April 10 and requires all businesses and operations in Montana, with the exception of essential businesses and operations as defined in the directive, to stop all activities within the state. Essential services and businesses will remain operational and open.
Opportunity Resources, Inc. is clearly defined as an essential business. This means that unless your supervisor tells you otherwise, you are expected to report to your next scheduled shift.
We all understand that these are stressful trying times with more questions than answers. None of us have ever been through anything like this before. The safety of those we serve and our staff is of the highest importance in every decision we are making. One day we will look back on how this has made us stronger and better at what we do: “Supporting Persons with Disabilities in Enhancing Their Quality of Life”. We appreciate our staff showing such amazing dedication to those we serve and continuing to come to work. It is beyond words how appreciated that is.
Please reach out to your supervisor or myself with questions and we will do our best to get you answers.
I understand that things are changing fast and often and that it is difficult. Again, I cannot say enough how much you all are appreciated.
At this time there will be no outside visitors to any of our facilities.
If you are sick, notify your supervisor immediately and stay home.
Follow the precautions outlined in the ORI COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Response Plan at all sites and at all times.
If you have traveled please talk with your supervisor before returning to work.
Practice Social Distancing whenever possible including inside our facilities and outside.
Together we will get through this.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me. We are in uncharted waters, and we will rise to meet the challenge with which we are presented.
