Supporting persons with Disabilities in Enhancing their Quality of LIfe

Ensuring that all people have the opportunity to live life on their own terms, contribute to society, and benefit from participating in community life is a worthy and important goal. All of ORI’s programs serve this greater goal. Your contribution provides hope and inspiration to the hundreds of people ORI serves.
ORI’s success over six decades is because of people like you. Your generosity has fueled our efforts and made a difference in countless lives.

Many Ways to Give

There are many ways to contribute to Opportunity Resources’ work. You may choose to donate stocks or remember ORI in your will. Please visit our
Planned Giving page or contact Rita Pastore, Director of Development, at 406.329.1769 or ritap@orimt.org. On behalf of the adults with disabilities who we serve, thank you!

Become a Donor

Provide a donation that will empower individuals in need by giving to the Opportunity Resources Empowerment Fund

You may designate your donation be made to the Opportunity Resources Empowerment Fund, which provides grants to people with disabilities in need.

The ORI Empowerment Fund provides a lifeline to one of Montana's most vulnerable populations; at least 98% of our adult clients live at or below the low-income poverty line.

The Fund was established in 2014 and provides grants, $500 or less, over the course of the year as needs arise. Grants can be used to fund equipment, assistive technology, work-related tools or clothing, unusual transportation costs, recreational needs, and education or housing expenses. These grants are available to any person in Montana with a disability who applies and whose application is accepted (they are not limited to ORI clients.) We pride ourselves on being able to secure the necessary funds to offer an individual the financial “hand-up” they need.
