October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). Reflecting the important role disability plays in workforce diversity, this year’s NDEAM theme is “#InclusionDrivesInnovation.” Observed each October, NDEAM celebrates the contributions of workers with disabilities and educates about the value of a diverse workforce inclusive of their skills and talents.

ORI's EmployAbilities program is dedicated to creating diversity in Montana's workforce while supporting adults with disabilities in finding successful employment. Our nation's most successful companies proudly make inclusion a core value. They know that inclusion works. It works for workers, it works for employers, it works for opportunity and it works for innovation. If you'd like to become an employer, please contact Larry Dill at larryd@orimt.org or call 721.2930.
