Supporting persons with Disabilities in Enhancing their Quality of LIfe

ORI Work Crews

ORI’s Work Crews program provides work opportunities to people in a supported community work environment. Each work crew of 5 to 12 people has a supervisor on the job site 100% of the time. In addition to long-term employment opportunities, ORI provides temporary job placement on a work crew for assessment purposes and to provide the prospective employee the opportunity to try a type of work to see if they enjoy it. There are a variety of work crews providing construction cleanup, manufacturing production and assembly, downtown cleanup, and seasonal fire-refurbishing services. Crews can also be scheduled for seasonal yard cleanup.
